### Core Function & Application Black beans and grains are dense, fibrous materials that can generate heat during grinding, destroying nutrients and leading to uneven powder. This machine is purpose-built to solve these challenges, using air-classification technology to produce consistent, high-quality bean powder. Composed of three core components — the main grinding unit, auxiliary system, and electric control box — it supports continuous production. Widely used in food processing, nutritional supplement factories, and grain product facilities, it ensures every batch meets strict quality standards.
### Tailored Advantages for Black Beans & Grains - **Nutrient Preservation**: The low-heat, air-classified grinding process prevents overheating, preserving the natural proteins, vitamins, and antioxidants in black beans and grains. - **Adjustable Fineness for Every Recipe**: No sieve required — adjust the classifier speed to control particle size, allowing you to produce everything from coarse bean meal to ultra-fine powder for beverages and supplements. - **Fully Enclosed Dust-Free Operation**: All fine bean and grain dust is collected in the built-in box, preventing cross-contamination between different batches and keeping the workspace clean. - **Rugged, Durable Build**: Equipped with high-quality motors, bearings, and parts from world-renowned brands, ensuring reliable, long-term performance even with continuous, high-volume runs. - **Versatile for All Grain Materials**: Handles black beans, grains, cereals, and other food materials, making it a multi-purpose solution for grain processing lines.
### Design & Working Principle The Black Beans Air Classifier Mill operates through a continuous, closed-loop process optimized for dense grains: 1. **Feeding & Shearing**: Black beans or grains enter the mill via a screw conveyor, where fast-spinning blades cut and grind the material into fine particles. 2. **Air Classification**: The powder passes through a guide ring into the classification chamber. Oversized, unprocessed particles are thrown back for additional grinding, while fine particles continue forward. 3. **Cyclone Separation & Collection**: Fine, uniform bean powder enters the cyclone separator, where it is collected as finished product. Any residual dust is captured in the dust collection box. 4. **Integrated Control System**: The electric control box precisely manages all working parameters, allowing you to adjust speed and airflow to match different grains and fineness requirements.
