### Core Function & Application
This mill is purpose-built for the unique needs of moringa leaves and herbal ingredients. These materials are often fibrous, low-density, and require precise, contamination-free processing to preserve their nutritional value.
The air-classification system eliminates the need for sieves, preventing blockages and ensuring every batch of moringa powder meets uniform fineness standards. It is widely used in herbal supplement, food, and cosmetic industries, where consistent powder quality is critical.
### Tailored Advantages for Moringa & Herbs - **Nutrition-Safe Processing**: The air-classification system operates without sieves, preventing heat buildup and preserving the natural nutrients and active compounds in moringa leaves. - **Fibrous Material Optimization**: The blade geometry is tuned to shear through tough moringa leaf fibers, producing a fine, uniform powder without leaving clumps or large fragments. - **Closed Dust-Free System**: The fully enclosed chamber collects all fine particles, preventing the loss of valuable moringa powder and ensuring a clean, contamination-free environment. - **Precision Fineness Control**: Adjust particle size from 80 to 600 mesh by changing the classifier speed, allowing you to produce everything from coarse herbal blends to ultra-fine supplement powders. - **Easy Sanitization for Herbal Use**: The smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces meet food-grade hygiene standards, making it simple to switch between different herbal materials without cross-contamination.
### Design & Working Principle The Moringa Leaves Air Classifier Mill operates in three continuous stages, each optimized for herbal materials: 1. **Feeding & Shearing**: Moringa leaves are fed into the grinding chamber via a screw conveyor, where high-speed rotating blades shear and reduce the fibrous material into fine particles. 2. **Air Classification**: The powder is carried by airflow into the classification chamber. Oversized, unprocessed leaf fragments are flung back to the grinding chamber for reprocessing, while fine particles continue forward. 3. **Cyclone Separation & Collection**: Fine moringa powder flows into the cyclone separator, where it is collected as finished product. Any residual dust is captured in the dust collection box, ensuring no material loss. 4. **Integrated Control Unit**: The electric control box allows precise adjustment of speed, airflow and classification settings, supporting both manual and automated production of herbal supplements.
