WFJ Super Fine Grinder Dry Lotus Root & Spice Powder Mill

The WFJ Super Fine Grinder consists of three parts: the main machine, the auxiliary machine, and the electric control box. It features an air-selection system, eliminating the need for sieving and ensuring a uniform particle size.

This machine can continuously process materials like dry lotus root, spices, herbs, and other substances into fine powder. It is widely used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and medicinal industries.

Lotus root starch enters the grinding chamber through a screw conveyor. High - speed rotating blades shear and grind it. Subsequently, the powder passes through the guide ring and enters the classification chamber. As the classification wheel rotates, air flow and centrifugal force act on the lotus root starch. Particles larger than the critical diameter, being heavier, are thrown back into the grinding chamber for further grinding. Particles smaller than the critical diameter enter the cyclone separator and the dust - collecting box.
