### Design & Working Principle The WFJ Super Fine Grinder operates through a continuous three-stage process: 1. **Feeding & Grinding**: Dry lotus root or spice enters the grinding chamber via a screw conveyor, where high-speed rotating blades shear and grind the material into fine particles. 2. **Air Classification**: The powder passes through a guide ring into the classification chamber. Oversized particles are sent back to the grinding chamber for reprocessing, while fine particles continue forward. 3. **Cyclone Separation & Collection**: Particles smaller than the target size flow into the cyclone separator, where they are collected as finished powder. Any residual dust is captured in the dust-collecting box. 4. **Integrated Control System**: The electric control box allows precise adjustment of speed, airflow and classification settings, supporting both manual and automated operation.
