The LINGLING WFJ Green Tea Powder Grinding Milling Machine, designed for grinding, milling and pulverizing tea leaves, consists of three core components: the main grinding unit, auxiliary system, and electric control box.
The main machine completes the core grinding and milling process, the auxiliary system ensures smooth and stable continuous operation, and the electric control box precisely manages all working parameters.

Material is fed into the mill chamber by a screw conveyor. There, it gets sheared and milled by rapidly spinning blades. The powder then moves through the guide ring and enters the classifier chamber. When the classification wheel rotates, both air force and centrifugal force affect the powder. Particles with diameters larger than the critical diameter (the diameter of the classification particles) have more mass and are thus flung back into the mill chamber to be reground. In contrast, particles with diameters smaller than the critical diameter proceed to the cyclone separator and the dust-collecting box.
