The LINGLING WFJ ginger finger grinding mill consists of three main parts: the main machine for the core grinding process, the auxiliary machine supporting the overall operation, and the electric control box managing and regulating the machine's functions. This air classifier mill is specially designed for grinding ginger, moringa, tea, spices and other food materials, producing uniform fine powder with zero dust leakage, ensuring material saving and hygienic production.

Material is transported into the mill chamber through a screw conveyor. Inside the chamber, it undergoes shearing and milling operations due to the fast-rotating blades. Subsequently, the powder travels via the guide ring and enters the classifier chamber. As the classification wheel turns, the powder is subject to both air force and centrifugal force. Particles whose diameters exceed the critical diameter (that of the classification particles) possess greater mass and are consequently thrown back into the mill chamber for further grinding. On the other hand, particles with diameters smaller than the critical diameter make their way to the cyclone separator and the dust-collecting box.
