The LINGLING WFJ Wheat Flour Food Powder Grinding Making Machine consists of three core components: the main grinding unit, auxiliary system, and electric control box.
It adopts air classification technology, with no sieves or nets required, ensuring even and consistent granularity of all processed materials.

The material is fed into the mill chamber by a screw conveyor. In the mill chamber, it gets sheared and milled by rapidly revolving blades. Subsequently, the powder travels through the guide ring and enters the classifier chamber. When the classification wheel rotates, both air force and centrifugal force are exerted on the powder. Since the particles with diameters larger than the critical diameter (the diameter of the classification particles) possess a greater mass, they are flung back into the mill chamber for further grinding. On the other hand, the particles with diameters smaller than the critical diameter proceed to the cyclone separator and the dust-collecting box.
