The integrated hammer pulverizer system reduces large-size raw materials into fine granules or powder, and simultaneously blends multiple materials into a homogeneous mixture. It is equipped with dual rotary shafts with positive and negative rotation.

The driving shaft is powered via a shaft connector linked to the gear reducer, which drives the driven shaft to rotate synchronously. The hoop frame and processing drum are connected by transmission belts and fixed onto the shafts.

As the shafts operate, the hoop and drum circulate continuously to fully mix and grind the internal materials.

The main components of this turmeric hammer mill grinder include the material processing drum, machine base, hoop frame, and transmission system. The transmission system consists of a motor, gear reducer, shaft connector, and dual positive/negative rotary shafts.

The processing drum is installed at a horizontal tilt angle and firmly secured to the hoop frame, ensuring consistent and uniform grinding & mixing results.
