### Core Function & Use Case
Dried chili peppers are a challenging material: their high oil and capsaicin content makes them prone to heat buildup during grinding, which can destroy their signature heat and aroma. This machine is engineered specifically to solve these problems, using a low-heat air-classification system to keep the chili’s heat and flavor intact.
Designed for industrial spice production, it turns whole dried chilies into consistent, free-flowing powder. The three-part design ensures stable, continuous operation, even in high-volume, multi-shift production environments.
### Tailored Advantages for Chili Processing - **Capsaicin & Aroma Preservation**: The air-cooled, low-friction design keeps operating temperatures low, preventing chili’s essential oils and heat compounds from degrading during long runs. - **Tough Pepper Processing Capability**: High-torque blades easily shear through tough dried chili skins and seeds, avoiding clumping or uneven grinding that can ruin batch consistency. - **Adjustable Fineness for Every Recipe**: Control particle size from coarse chili flakes to ultra-fine powder, adapting to everything from hot sauce blends to seasoning mixes. - **Food-Grade, Cross-Contamination-Free Design**: All contact surfaces are smooth, non-porous, and easy to sanitize, preventing flavor carryover between different spice batches. - **Fully Enclosed Dust Recovery System**: All fine chili dust is captured in the built-in box, eliminating waste and keeping the production floor clean and safe.
### Design & Working Principle The Chili Fine Powder Making Machine operates through a temperature-controlled, flavor-preserving process: 1. **Controlled Feeding & Shearing**: Dried chili is fed into the chamber via a screw conveyor, where precision blades shear the peppers into fine particles without generating excessive heat. 2. **Air Classification & Cooling**: Airflow carries the powder through the guide ring into the classification chamber. Oversized particles are sent back for reprocessing, while the airflow itself helps cool the material. 3. **Cyclone Separation & Powder Collection**: Fine, cool chili powder flows into the cyclone separator, where it is collected as finished, heat-rich product. 4. **Integrated Dust Filtration**: Any residual chili dust is captured in the dedicated collection box, ensuring full material recovery and a clean workspace.
