### Design & Working Principle The Arabic Gum Grinding Machine operates through a continuous, three-stage process optimized for sticky materials: 1. **Feeding & Shearing**: Arabic gum enters the mill chamber via a screw conveyor, where fast-rotating blades shear and mill the material into fine particles. 2. **Air Classification**: The powder passes through a guide ring into the classifier chamber. Oversized particles are thrown back to the mill chamber for reprocessing, while fine particles continue forward. 3. **Cyclone Separation & Collection**: Fine particles enter the cyclone separator, where they are collected as finished powder. Any residual dust is captured in the dust-collecting box. 4. **Integrated Control System**: The electric control box allows precise adjustment of speed and airflow, ensuring consistent particle size even with varying batches of gum or resin.
