WFJ Chili Air Classifier Mill

The LINGLING WFJ Chili Air Classifier Mill consists of three core components: the main grinding unit, auxiliary system, and electric control box.

The main machine completes the core grinding work, the auxiliary system provides stable support for continuous operation, and the electric control box precisely manages all working parameters.

It adopts air classification technology, no sieves or nets are needed, ensuring evenly granulated powder with high quality and consistent results.

Material is transported into the Chili Air Classifier Mill via a screw conveyor. Inside, the swiftly rotating blades start chopping and grinding. As it passes the guide ring, it then enters the classification chamber. The larger particles are flung back for additional grinding, while the smaller ones directly move on to the cyclone separator and dust collection box.
