Material gets into the LL Chili Fine Powder Grinder Machine through a screw conveyor. There, it's cut and ground by quickly spinning blades. The powder then goes through the guide ring and enters the classifier chamber. When the classification wheel rotates, air force and centrifugal force work on the powder. Particles with diameters larger than the critical diameter (that of the classification particles) are heavier, so they're thrown back to the mill chamber for more grinding. Meanwhile, particles with smaller diameters move into the cyclone separator and the dust-collecting box.
