The LINGLING WFJ Chemical Micro Fine Powder Grinding Machine comprises three core components: the main grinding unit, auxiliary system, and electric control box.
These three parts work together to form a complete grinding system: the main machine powers the core grinding work, the auxiliary system ensures stable and smooth continuous operation, and the control box precisely manages all working functions.

The material is transported into the Chemical Micron Fine Powder Grinding Machine via a screw conveyor. Once inside, it’s immediately subjected to the shearing and grinding actions of the rapidly spinning blades. After traversing the guiding ring, the resulting powder then proceeds into the classification chamber. As the classifying wheel starts to rotate, both air force and centrifugal force come into play, exerting their effects on the powder. Particles with diameters smaller than the critical diameter will continue on their path, entering the cyclone separator and the dust-collecting box. In contrast, those particles whose diameters exceed the critical diameter (that is, the diameter of the classification particles) are flung back into the mill chamber for further grinding, due to their relatively larger mass.
