This integrated pulverizing system completes size reduction and homogeneous blending in a single workflow, turning whole
dried chilies and bulk spices into fine granules while evenly mixing multi-ingredient formulas without segregation. It adopts a dual-shaft design with synchronous forward and reverse rotation. The driving shaft receives steady power from
the gear reducer through a rigid shaft coupling, which drives the driven shaft to rotate in coordination for balanced, low-vibration long-hour operation. The processing drum and reinforcing hoop are mounted on the shafts as an integrated assembly, connected by heavy-duty transmission belts.
As the shafts run continuously, the drum and hoop perform cyclic 3D tumbling motion, ensuring all materials inside are fully ground and evenly mixed with no dead corners.
The chili hammer mill is mainly composed of four core modules: the material grinding chamber drum, heavy-duty machine base, reinforced hoop frame, and complete power transmission system. The transmission system integrates a high-efficiency motor, precision gear reducer, shaft connector, and dual rotating shafts,
delivering stable power output with low operating noise and simplified daily maintenance. The grinding drum is installed at an optimized horizontal tilt angle and firmly locked to the hoop frame.
This structural design enables full tumbling of materials inside the chamber, guaranteeing consistent particle uniformity and balanced mixing quality for every production batch.
